Buyer questions

Rental LED display FAQ

Which pixel pitch should I choose?

Start with viewing distance, screen size and camera requirements. R1.9 and R2.6 suit close viewing and broadcast work; R3.9 and R4.8 are common choices for larger event stages. We confirm the final configuration against your venue drawing.

Can the same cabinet be used for curved stages?

Curved configurations depend on the selected cabinet and lock system. Share the required radius or stage drawing so we can confirm concave, convex and corner options before quotation.

What should be included as spare parts?

A practical touring package normally includes spare modules, receiving cards, power supplies, cables and cabinet hardware. The recommended quantity depends on screen size, event duration and local service access.

How do you prepare panels for camera use?

Refresh rate is only one part of camera performance. We also confirm scan mode, grayscale, brightness, color temperature and the production camera settings before recommending a model.

What information is needed for a quote?

Please provide screen width and height, indoor or outdoor use, viewing distance, event schedule, installation method, destination country and any camera or creative-shape requirements.
