Compliance verification

Certified Quality, Global Standards

Compliance is product- and market-specific. Before ordering, verify the exact model, document type, test standard, issuing body and validity required for your destination.

Due diligence

Six checks before accepting a certificate

Certification logos alone do not prove that the quoted display is covered.

1

Identify the requirement

Confirm the destination country, installation environment, buyer or tender specification and the exact standard or marking requested.

2

Match the product

Compare the model name, electrical rating, construction and intended use on the document with the exact configuration being quoted.

3

Check the document owner

The applicant, manufacturer and factory details should be understood and consistent with the commercial and production arrangement.

4

Verify the issuer

Check the laboratory or certification body, report or certificate number, issue date, validity and online verification route where available.

5

Read the scope

A declaration, test report, certificate and factory-management certificate serve different purposes. Do not treat them as interchangeable.

6

Keep the approved evidence

Attach the accepted document list and model references to the order so substitutions or configuration changes trigger a new review.

Know the evidence

Documents are not interchangeable

Declaration of conformity

A manufacturer declaration that identifies the product and applicable requirements. Check the signatory, model scope and referenced evidence.

Laboratory test report

Detailed test results for the submitted sample. Confirm the sample description matches the supplied configuration.

Product certificate or listing

A third-party certification decision with a defined product scope and possible surveillance conditions. Verify it with the issuer.

Quality-management certificate

Evidence that a management system was audited. It does not by itself certify every product or prove destination-market compliance.

Tell us the destination and exact model

We will identify the available order-specific documents for review. The buyer or importer remains responsible for confirming local regulatory and tender requirements.
