About MAXV Display

Built on Quality,
Trusted Worldwide

We supply LED display projects from Shenzhen and invite buyers to verify our company, manufacturing route, quality records and order-specific compliance before committing to an order.

Evidence before claims

What a buyer should verify

Marketing statements are not a substitute for order-specific evidence. Use these checks during qualification and contracting.

Company identity

Ask for the legal company name, registered address, business licence and the entity named on the quotation and invoice. The names should match before payment.

Factory capability

Request a live video walkthrough or third-party audit covering the production areas relevant to your order. Confirm which operations are performed in-house and which are subcontracted.

Quality records

Agree the inspection plan before production. Request incoming-material, in-process and final-inspection records tied to the purchase order or product batch.

Product compliance

Specify the destination market and exact model. Verify certificate holder, model scope, test standard, issuing body and validity instead of relying on a logo.

Shipment acceptance

Define the approved sample, visual criteria, functional checks, packing list, spare-parts list and acceptance evidence before the balance payment.

After-sales handover

Put warranty scope, exclusions, response route, spare-parts process and remote-support responsibilities into the commercial agreement.

Procurement workflow

From requirement to acceptance

The evidence package should follow the actual configuration and destination market, not a generic company presentation.

  1. 1

    Define the application

Share screen size, viewing distance, environment, installation method, content source and destination market.

  2. 2

    Review the proposed configuration

Check the bill of materials, drawings, power and control design, service access and applicable compliance documents.

  3. 3

    Approve a verification plan

Agree which records, photos, videos, measurements or third-party inspections will be supplied at each hold point.

  4. 4

    Accept before shipment

Compare the finished order with the approved specification and retain the final records for installation and warranty support.
